  • European Solidarity Funds Celebration Event

  • Carl (from Learning Partnerships) and Jarnail (from Path Yorkshire) attended the Home Office’s ‘European Solidarity Funds Celebration Event’ in December to celebrate the success of our English and Integration Pathway programme. As part of the event we were awarded with a plaque and had the opportunity to meet providers from across the UK, who have all achieved many fantastic and life-changing success stories with recently arrived Third-Country Nationals.  Read more

  • Investors in People Bronze Award

  • Learning Partnerships were congratulated by IDG www.i-dg.co.uk[http://www.i-dg.co.uk] on maintaining the Investors in People National Standard Bronze award.  At the reaccreditation review on the 19th and 20th November 2013 evidence demonstrated that Learning Partnerships continues to meet the Bronze Award and in many areas is working beyond this and heading towards the Silver level.   • Staff and Trustees got together to reflect on the great work Learning Partnerships have achieved over the last 12 months. In the last year we have engaged with over 1200 individuals through our programmes. We have contributed to  the Leeds City Priority Plan by improving behaviour and attendance in schools, increasing the levels of young people in employment, education and training by reducing the number of 16-18 years old that are NEET, supported and offered opportunities to communities to help local people lead their lives successfully and helped the reduction of anti social-behavior in the communities.   • The Community Learning Team enjoyed a spooky day out on Friday 31.10.14 with a local Children’s Centre. We made Halloween masks, trick or treat baskets, discovered a spooky scarecrow trail and walked around a scary bird garden!!! Here are some photos from our fun day. Happy Halloween!!! Read more
